Course Description

Successful completion of this course will provide students with a clear understanding of current environmental policies and regulations (including, NEPA, TSCA, RCRA and CERCLA). Students will be also be able to identify the intent of various environmental laws; including the: Occupational Safety and Health Act, Clean Air Act, Pollution Prevention Act, Endangered Species Act, Oil Pollution Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, Clean Water Act and the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act.
