EZ LCMS was developed as a Hosted Subscription based solution. However, the tool suite has been constructed in a a simple,
easily modifiable manner so that customers who have the need to move the entire solution to their own managed network can do so.
EZ LCMS is a completely web-based application. It uses a combination of ASP and javascript to perform all processes. The system requirements to run EZ LCMS are simple.
You need a server running IIS 5.0 or above and the free MYSQL database application. You may run both the application and the database from the same server. The only additional
requirement is the installation of the "FathZip" component, used to zip the contents of courses into a zip file for CD-ROM and SCORM download.
The price to purchase the entire EZ LCMS application is $8,500.00. Once you own the application and run it from your own server, you may make
any customizations or modifications you wish, with a simple web page editor. However, once you make modifications to the script, you will be responsible for
managing those modifications as upgraded scripts are released.
EZ LCMS will provide technical support by e-mail and telephone for the initial installation and integration of the tool suite. Once the tool suite is installed
successfully on your network, EZ LCMS cannot provide technical support for the application and any customizations you make. Should the application fail to work
after you or someone in your organization makes modification, EZ LCMS cannot be held liable or responsible. After purchasing, you will always
be able to enter the EZ LCMS purchase portal to re-download the original source code to repair your installation.
