Create Performance Reviews in EZ LCMS to evaluate your employees’ performance, and generate automatic remediation training enrollments.
A performance review is a tool used to evaluate your employees based on specific job tasks and skills. Using EZ LCMS, a Content Administrator can create any number of performance reviews based on the job roles within your organization. While creating evaluation tasks, the Content Administrator can choose remedial training for each level of performance. For example, if a student is “Low Performer” at the “Wears Personal Protective Equipment Properly” task, they can be automatically enrolled or re-enrolled in the Personal Protective Equipment online course.
Once created, your managers have the ability to execute the reviews, evaluating each student’s performance, and choosing whether or not to execute the recommended remediation enrollments.
