During the free trial, there will be a “Sign up now” link in the header of the LMS. Just click that link and you will be prompted for payment information, and your free trial account will be converted to a full account.
No, the Free Trial account is a fully functional account with no limitations in the number of courses and/or users that you can create. The only limitation is the 15 day time period.
